Flexitarian cuisine is the new healthy. The instructor will provide the rainbow of colorful vegetables and fruits, good grains, and some allowable protein. This diet allows for dairy and meat but concentrates on lots of vegetables. Everyone in the class will prepare a dish by oneself or with a partner to share with the other flexitarians. For those who feel intimidated without a recipe, we'll have some classic but re-invented recipes. Each session will have different ingredients. A $10 materials fee is due at time of registration.
