It's fun time in the gym this week as you flip, leap, tumble and twirl! Learn the basics of gymnastics as you move your body in fun ways! Forward rolls, cartwheels, splits and different aerobic games will keep you entertained and fit all week. We'll be reading, crafting and learning about great athletes in the sport as well. All exercises will be done on floor mats with spotters there to help and keep you safe. Exhibition Day is Friday to show off your new skills.
