The breath is one of the most powerful tools at our disposal for self-regulation, energy generation, and overall health. Breath helps with stress reduction, pain management, lowering blood pressure, and eliminates disease state from forming.  Meditation is a practice that transform the mind and develops concentration and clarity to promote peacefulness, healing and rest and recovery. This class will share various breathing techniques and mind easing practices to promote optimal well being. Life Coach/Meditation Trainer Shawn Marie Cichowski will explore various breathing techniques and mind easing practices to promote optimal well being.
