Flag Football 101 (Grades 4-6)

Get moving and learn the exciting sport of flag football in this fun, age-appropriate summer course! You will explore the fundamentals—passing, catching, running with the football, safely pulling flags, and understanding basic plays and rules—in a non-contact, encouraging environment. Through engaging drills and friendly scrimmages, you will build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship while having a blast on the field.  Perfect for beginners or those looking to improve their skills. Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.
