If you’ve been on the wrestling mat a time or two, this one may be for you! This Intermediate Wrestling course is being offered to students who have some wrestling experience.   Participants from the Beginner course are also welcome to join  this! Wrestlers will build on foundational techniques while learning more advanced skills,  strategies, and match situations. This course emphasizes skill development,  conditioning, and sportsmanship in a challenging and supportive setting.
