Continuing our popular Historic Astronomers Series, we will explore the life and discoveries of one of history's greatest scientific minds: Sir Isaac Newton. Newton's revolutionary ideas about gravity and motion laid the foundations of physics we still use today. We’ll also show the stars, planets, and constellations that grace the November night sky as well as provide the best forecast we can for the annual Leonid meteor shower. This engaging live planetarium program blends 90 minutes of science, history, and seasonal stargazing into an inspiring look at the cosmos.
