MEDITATION IN THE PLANETARIUM

During this planetarium experience, Sara will lead attendants through a meditative sound journey
through the earth elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether) in the Space Lab Planetarium. The instructor
will create soundscapes with a variety of instruments and her voice to guide the listeners through breath
awareness and mindfulness. The meditative music combined with the visuals of the planetarium are
aimed to create deep relaxation for the listeners to enjoy.
Schedule:
 6:00 pm - doors open, arrival and check-in, get comfortable
 6:30-7:30 pm - sound journey (please arrive before 6:30 pm)
 7:30-8:00 pm - re-grounding, debriefing, questions
