Often, people will take a Tai Chi Class only to find out that the art is too strenuous or there is too much to remember. Well there is an alternative art: Chi Kung - which means Chi Exercise Time. Tai Chi and Chi Kung are related to each other, but the Chi Kung practice is much simpler. This one hour class features breathing exercises, simple repetitive movements, and it can even be done sitting in a chair (great for seniors). Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing, and students should bring a notebook.
