IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE FESTIVAL

We're off to Seneca Falls, the real Bedford Falls! Each year, this lovely town celebrates with an IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE FESTIVAL, the second weekend in December. Take a nostalgic trip to SENECA FALLS, widely believe to be the inspiration for the holiday classic, "IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE." Tributes to the Stars from the ovie and family members return each year to meet the festival goers & partake in the festivities. Enjoy lunch on your own at one of the many eateries or street vendors and have the remainder of the afternoon to visit the Festival Activities, take a horse & buggy ride or explore the town and locations that inspired Mr. Capra in his visits to Seneca Falls in the early 1900's. Stand on the bridge that served as a prototype from which Jimmy Stewart's character leaped from, and other familiar sites from in the movie. There will be presentations, activities, characters on the street, and more! A visit to The Seneca Falls It's A Wonderful Life Museum should be part of your visit featuring many new exhibits. All additional attractions at own cost. A rest stop will be made on the way to "Bedford Falls." En route home we will stop at the Finger Lakes Welcome Center in Geneva. A WONDERFUL WAY TO SPEND THE DAY!
