Coinciding with the 2025 Beaujolais release, we will prepare and sample dishes that feature pairing this wine with recipes using Thanksgiving leftovers.  There will be a French lesson and cultural content. students will receive recipes and a takeaway token of appreciation for attending this workshop.  Bon Appetite!
