CourseGraphic Volleyball for the experienced and competitive player. The power volleyball class is a co-ed class with players ranging from their mid 20's all the way to in their 50's. The class has very skilled players, and other players who are just average/moderate volleyball players. I pick the teams so that each team has about the average skill level and the games are competitive. Typically there are about 3 volleys back and fourth before a point is scored. People who signup for this class need to know the fundamentals of the game and should have had a few years of volleyball experience
