Pilates is a low-impact holistic mind-body exercise consisting of slow and controlled movements. Also referred as "Contrology", Pilates focuses on core strength, flexibility, and balance. It highlights precise movements, controlled breathing, and muscle engagement, enhancing muscle tone and stability. Pilates places a strong emphasis on strengthening and activating the core muscles, which are essential for stability and proper
movement, as well as help you heal from injuries.
