Discovering Springerle Cookies

This class will demonstrate the art of making Springerle cookies! Each participant will receive 1/2 batch of dough to mold and bake the next day at home as well as 3 baked cookies to paint in class! Please bring a rolling pin, 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper, pastry brush, plastic wrap, metal spatula, cookie mold (borrow one) and a pastry mat and small paint brush if available,
