Lilac Festival

Join us for a fragrant and festive journey to the world-renowned ROCHESTER LILAC FESTIVAL AT HIGHLAND PARK. We will visit for SENIOR'S DAY, a special day that offers a relaxed, joy-filled experience featuring over 500 VARIETIES OF LILACS, specially curated LIVE MUSIC, and a comfortable atmosphere designed with seniors in mind. Our first stop of the Lilac Festival is a stop at the climate controlled LAMBERTON CONSERVATORY. Highland Park’s Lamberton Conservatory is a serene and colorful glass greenhouse featuring a diverse collection of exotic, desert, and economically significant plants, including banana trees. Enjoy tropical temperatures and the soothing sounds of running water. Find turtles lounging by indoor ponds, with tiny button quail and tortoises wandering around. This is a perfect way to begin our visit. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to EXPLORE THE FLORAL DISPLAYS at your own pace, with LUNCH ON OWN at one of the many diverse vendor tents or food trucks offering delicious festival favorites.
