This is a new and exciting class that includes exercises that mimic activities that are relevant to activities of everyday life. Participants perform a series of exercises that help improve strength, mobility, and balance. Improve your confidence and functionality as you go through circuit stations, an obstacle course, and perform a variety of group activities. Jill is the first nationally certified Functional Aging Specialist in Western New York who offers this innovative, effective, and science based training program for older adults.
