Looking for a Yoga class that’s a bit more strengthening or physically challenging. but with the same great benefits for calming the mind? Give Beginning Power Yoga a try! This class, based on the Baptiste system, is the ground floor for Power Yoga and perfect for students who have some basic experience with Yoga postures (such as Warrior 1 & 2, Triangle, and Extended Side Angle). More advanced Power students can benefit from this class as well, which is a step or two below our regular Power Yoga class. We start out by learning the basic series of postures, which always remains constant, and progress to flowing smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be amazed at how much stronger you’ll feel in just a few weeks! Please bring a yoga mat and bottled water to class. NOTE: If you have no Yoga experience, please consider taking Beginner Yoga or All Level Hatha Yoga before signing up for this class.
