This class is for students that want to build off the first TRANSITIONING TO A PLANT-BASED LIFESTYLE or have a basic knowledge of a plant-based way of eating and would like to know more. This class will focus on nutrient density, meal planning and prepping, along with shortcuts and tips to make daily life easier in the real world. We will explore more topics that are research based and gain a better understanding of how the food we eat greatly affects our health. This group will also be a great way to stay “plugged in” to a community for accountability, advice, and friendships. We will be cooking more delicious food as well.
