Coping with Fear

« back to classes page
Fear is a part of our everyday experience. No human is without fear. When we are young, fear can be an ally…e.g. “Don’t play in the street”. But as we get older it becomes more of a liability which serves to hinder us from being everything we can be…e.g. “Don’t try that, you’ll probably fail”. The truth of the matter is that fear is the only obstacle to happiness that you have in your life. Therefore it is vital to understand what fear really is and how to deal with it in a productive manner that will enable you to fulfill your heart’s desires. That is what this class is all about. We will determine why we have the fears we do, where they come from, and how to deal with them in a productive, helpful manner. Please bring a notebook.
