A group exercise class for people with arthritis who want to stay active, reduce pain and stiffness, and move more easily.  This motivational program, helps maintain or improve range-of-motion, flexibility, muscular strength, and function.  Exercises can be performed while sitting or standing. Led by a trained program leader.
