It's never too early to start thinking about improving your balance and preventing falls. Enjoy a variety of exercises to help strengthen the lower and upper body as well as specific activities to help challenge your balance. Each class offers an assortment of equipment - resistance bands, hand weights, stability trainers, and more. Instructed by a Nationally certified Functional Aging Specialist.
