Smita learned that your taste buds actually define your feelings for the food. That's why your homemade food is more comforting to you. In these classes, Smita introduces you to the unknown Indian food that is suitable for your taste buds and what you have gotten all wrong about Indian food. She will show you how to use these ingredients and make some traditional Indian recipes and the techniques behind the authentic Indian food with some complimentary Indian Chai and snacks.

This delicious breakfast from Western India is so easy and fulfilling that now you can buy the premade mix in Wegmans’ Indian aisle. We will learn how to make this dish and create some fantastic bowl meals with some coconut and veggies. Flattened rice is very versatile and can be used to create some sweet and savory dishes as well.  A $10 material fee is due at time of registration.
