Boot Camp is for all levels. You will burn calories, strengthen muscles, increase agility, balance and endurance plus make new friends. We will start off with a warm up, split up into stations doing different exercises until we switch to the next station in the circuit. With every class being different, we may use jump ropes, floor ladders, cones, sliders, kettle bells, medicine balls, exercise balls, hand weights and resistance bands besides our own body weight. We end the total body workout with a cool down stretch. Bring a mat, water bottle and towel. Come join the fun workout!!
