Mindful Middle Schoolers will learn to strengthen focus and concentration and reduce stress and anxiety. In a world full of stressful situations, the mindfulness based yoga practice will provide your child with a set of tools for creating space between the input of life experience and the output of their reactions. In that space, they will pay attention and become more aware of what they are feeling, think for a moment, and make decisions. The class is an hour class and all activities are appropriate for middle school students. Bring a mat, water, comfy clothes and get ready for a fun experience.
