This fun and exciting program encourages physical activity to help improve balance, mobility, and strength. Each class provides a variety of exercises to help strengthen the lower body, improve upper body strength, and specific activities to help challenge balance.  Enjoy an assortment of equipment - resistance bands, tubing, balls, hand weights, stability trainers, and much, much more. Learn how functional fitness exercises can help in everyday activities as you participate in an obstacle course that mimics activities of daily life.  It’s never too early to start thinking about improving your balance and preventing falls. Taught by a Certified Functional Aging Group Exercise Specialist
