CourseGraphic Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind. It offers meditation and exercises that improve your flexibility and breathing, decrease stress and maintain your health. Yoga is based on the idea that the mind and body are one. Components of Yoga are proper breathing and a series of postures that stretch the body, relax the muscles and bring clarity to the mind. Our program is for all levels. Please bring a floor mat to class.  Bring a floor mat. If you have BC/BS Health Insurance call Bodyshaping by Sandy 716-568-0246 to see if you qualify for a discount.
