Belgian cooking is a combination of French and Dutch (like the languages French and Flemish). It's not the Grande Place - just Mill Middle School. However, we'll prepare together a Pot of Garlicky Mussels; Watercress, Endive, and Beet Salad; French Fries; and Belgian Waffles, with condiments. Bon Apetit! Material fee of $15 due at registration.
