Are you serious about reducing your weight, improving your health and wellness?  Do you have a desire to achieve your ideal weight without deprivation?  Then we invite you to attend a comprehensive workshop that allows you to discover the food and lifestyle choices that will improve your health and wellness.  Topics include:  deconstructing sugar cravings, good fats/bad fats, releasing unhealthy foods from the diet, hormonal imbalances that contribute to weight gain; affirmations, visualizations and hypnosis, and relaxation techniques designed to melt stress and unwanted pounds.   Materials included.  Bring a sleeping bag and two pillows for the hypnosis process.
