Smita learned that your taste buds actually define your feelings for the food. That's why your homemade food is more comforting to you. In this 3 series of unknown parts of India, Smita introduces you to the unknown Indian food that is suitable for your taste buds and what you have gotten all wrong about Indian food. She will show you how to use these ingredients and make some traditional Indian recipes and the techniques behind the authentic Indian food with some complimentary Indian Chai and snacks. The first class of spice basics is highly recommended to get to know the foundation of Indian cooking and to learn about real Indian spices.
