This class will introduce mindfulness and resilience as a therapeutic approach designed to help you respond to anger/frustration/trigger with behaviors that will serve you. Anger approached with mindfulness can become a uniquely powerful tool to growth and healing.   This class will introduce how to recognize, realize and respond to anger.  You will also learn practical techniques to help you keep your cool.
