Acrylic Painting - Introduction

This class will give you all the information and guided instruction needed for Acrylic Painting. This class is ideal for anyone who has ever wanted to learn how to paint using acrylics or improve their skills. You will learn the basics of Acrylic paints, types of brushes, painting surfaces, various mediums and basic techniques. Varied painting styles and art historical references will also be presented to the class to help enhance your learning and personal style, including technique, color mixing, still life painting and self guided. A supply list will be provided before the first class so please come ready to paint. If you previously took this class and would like to continue with an extended workshop experience this class is also for you.
