Luna Kids Yoga and Mindfulness classes are designed specifically for children using terms that are easy to connect with and thought provoking. Each class begins with some breathing exercises and basic asanas taught in a child friendly manner, with music. Yogis will learn Go Grounded flows, which are simple Sun Salutations A and B, followed by partner poses and some fun breathing and mindfulness exercises. Lastly, the children will relax on yoga mats which is a class favorite at the end of their busy school day. Students may bring a yoga mat or one will be provided. Each child will earn a bandana at the end of the unit.
