In these classes, Smita introduces you to the unknown Indian food that is suitable for your taste buds and what you have gotten all wrong about Indian food. She will show you how to use these ingredients and make some traditional Indian recipes and the techniques behind the authentic Indian food with some complimentary Indian Chai and snacks.
Learn with me the spices used in Indian cooking and make the basic spice rub such as curry powder and garam masala. Using this fresh ground spice mix we will be making traditional vegetable curry and eat the brunch together. A $10 material fee is due at time of registration.
