  This course is taught by an Elder Law attorney, focuses on the exact legal requirements of basic estate planning documents through more complex use of estate planning techniques. The course will provide “must have” information to ensure your wishes with respect to health care and financial decisions are carried out during your lifetime and upon your passing. We will discuss Last Wills and Testaments, Living Will/Health Care Proxies and Durable General Powers of Attorney, Deed Transfers to Children or others and basic funeral planning.
