PROTECTING AND PRESERVING ASSETS FROM MEDICAID AND LONG-TERM CARE

This course is taught by an Elder Law attorney and focuses on strategies to preserve and protect assets in the event that there is a need for Medicaid to cover the cost of skilled nursing home care or care in your home. We will discuss how to protect your assets and ensure that you are provided with good care for the rest of your life-even if you are unable to get through the 5 year “look back” period. This is must have information if you are concerned about a need for long term care!
