This course is taught by an Elder Law attorney and focuses on the use of Trusts as a means of avoiding the lengthy and expensive probate process upon your passing and as a means of protecting your assets in the event of a need for long term skilled nursing care. I will teach you how to make sure your life savings are not subject to liquidation if you or your spouse requires care at home or in a facility.
